Only First 4 Lines are Visible for the Field Overall Comments on Evaluation Response Page (Doc ID 2588294.1)

Symptoms

View Evaluation Response page is only displaying the first 4 lines in the Overall Comments field.

Steps
1. Open an evaluation.
2. Add 6 lines at the Overall Comments then click on Submit Evaluation.
3. Open Manage Evaluations.
4. Open the evaluation and then click on View Evaluation Response link.
5. Observe that the lines 5 and 6 are not visible.
