Symptoms
When attempting to run loan origination, the following error occurs:
ERR rtncd=805 msg=INSERT or UPDATE would result in duplicate rows in a table with a UNIQUE index.
The error is specific to one loan record being processed. A trace of the process shows that the attempted row insert that is failing is occurring on the LOAN_STDNT_AWD table.
