Symptoms
After a systems upgrade to PeopleSoft Enterprise FSCM 9.2 Application Release, whenever Users are trying to create a new transaction in Self Service Invoice functionality pages through eSettlements module, an Error Message is being triggered by the system.
As a result, Users are unable to create new transactions through the Self Service Invoice feature in eSettlements module. The system should not throw such Error Message, and allow the Users to proceed with their tasks.
REPLICATION STEPS:
1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as a Functional User
2.- Navigate to: eSettlements > Self Service Invoice
3.- Click on 'Create Invoice' link
4.- Enter the first step of the Activity Guide
5.- The system throws an Error Message
