Email Address does not Defaulting on Internal Contacts List (Doc ID 2588680.1)

Symptoms

Clicking on the Internal Contracts/Signers or External Contracts/Signers hyperlink (depending on what you setup in My Document Preferences) shows the email address is blank. Email address should be defaulting in. Users can manually enter an email address, but if selecting a different User from the lookup the system should automatically pull in the email address whereas it remains blank upon selecting a different user.

 

It was noticed in the people code for record CS_DOC_COL_USER.CS_COLLAB_OPRID.FieldChange, there is code to read the EMAILD from PSOprdefn. It appears that this only does this for a setup of DigitalSignMethod ='E'. If use DigitalSignMethod = 'D' the emailed is blank when the user comes into the page.

 

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Add an e-Mail to any user profile
  2. Use this user and add him as internal document signer.
  3. Notice that the e-Mail address is not getting defaulted.
