Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2 When completing and awarding a degree via the Student Program/Plan page, the system is not populating the proper Descriptions for the Diploma and Transcript on the ACAD_DEGR_PLAN table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected the long description will be populated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan

  1. open the Student Degrees tab and Award a Degree
  2. open the Graduation > Student Degrees - Degree Plan tab
