'Make A Payment' Activity Guide Step 4 Displays Blank Page After Entering Payment Information (Doc ID 2589208.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2, PeopleTools 8.57.04 and higher,  the Make A Payment activity guide displays a blank page in Step 4.  Step 4 is transfer to the epayment provider site where payment information is entered.  After completing the payment details, and clicking Continue, a blank page is displayed.  Clicking Next on this blank page returns the student to the Campus Solutions Make A Payment activity guide to complete the transaction.
