Symptoms
Internal validations beyond the normal DDD and SYSAUDIT checks were done. The internal SYSAUDIT check SQL returned AE_APPLID = BNK_RCN_TXNS for RECNAME = BNK_RCN_TXNS. This setup is invalid and inconsistent in the Tools tables. Maybe in the past this Table was a Temp Table, and changed to a Table but you shouldn't be able to select a Record of Type Table as a Temp Table in the AE setup pages.
