Lease Admin - Rounding on Retirements Issue
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should have correct acctg entries with out rounding issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Lease.
2. Add an asset for this lease.
3. Run depreciation.
4. Retire the asset.
