Symptoms

After upgrading tools release, the PDF version of the Academic Advising Report displays question marks instead of bullet points.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report.
  2. Add a new value and process the request.
  3. Click the View as PDF button and view the report.


Changes

 Occurs after a tools upgrade.
