Academic Advisement PDF Report is Displaying Questions Marks Instead of Bullet Points (Doc ID 2590537.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading tools release, the PDF version of the Academic Advising Report displays question marks instead of bullet points.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report.
  2. Add a new value and process the request.
  3. Click the View as PDF button and view the report.


Changes

 Occurs after a tools upgrade.
