EMM: Technician Workbench Scheduler is Blank if the Work Order Labor is Not Assigned

On : 9.2 version 32, Functionality
The Scheduler is selected on the work order, however, it is not displayed in the technician workbench view grid.
Expecting the WO assigned Scheduler to be visible on the technician workbench Work Order Tasks grid.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Maintenance Management > Work Order Management > Work Order and assign a Scheduler on the 'Work Order Tasks > Additional Task Information' Tab
2. Navigate to Maintenance Management > Workbenches > Technician Workbench and Review the Work Order Tasks > Scheduler assigned to the Work Order ( ).
3. If we go back and assign a Resource to the Work Order > Schedules > Labor Schedules and save, the Scheduler becomes visible on the Technician Workbench > Work Order Tasks
