Symptoms

Performance Issues When Logging In To Portal Application With Unified Navigation

Clustered environments:
- Portal 9.1 on PT 8.56.13
- Campus Solutions S 9.2 on PT 8.56.13
- FSCM 9.2 on PT 8.55.25
- HCM 9.2 on PT 8.55.25



Logging in through Portal takes long time to open the landing page.

User Experience - Half Classic / Half Fluid. Homepage is Fluid

Issue only happens if user logs in through Portal.

Sometimes, the Homepage loads with missing Tiles.
Sometimes, the session times out.




Changes

Servers received updates, including installation of Windows Defender.
