ERS 9.2: Action Field Not Showing Related Actions For The Service Order Line On Service Order Summary Page (Doc ID 2591859.1)

Symptoms

Action field not showing Related Actions for the Service Order Line on Service Order Summary page.

Steps:
1. Go to Resource Management > Request Resources > Create or Review Service Order
2. Create a new Service Order or open an existing one
3. Go to Order Summary tab
4. Click on "Actions" link in "Resource Requests in this Order" box
           -- No related Actions displayed.

Below Configured Related Actions should be displayed:
  - Create Assignment
  - Fulfill Service Order Line
