Goal
In PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2, when the COBRA process is run to process overage dependents, the following message is triggered for each dependent:
Message 000248
Benefits Administration Eligibility found no benefit program for which this COBRA
participant was eligible. Benefits Administration Eligibility found no benefit program for which this COBRA
participant was eligible. The COBRA participant was assigned the benefit program
the employee was enrolled at the time of the COBRA event.(MSGData1:Benefit Program).
Should this message be expected for all overage dependents?
