Symptoms
Upon clicking 'Parent / Children' link on Commitment Control Budget Details page getting below peoplecode error
Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to Commitment Control > Review Budget Activities > Activity Log'
2. Add New Value
3. Select a transaction type e.g. AP_VOUCHER and Select a Ledger Group
4. Click the Search Button.
5. Click the Budget detail Link.
6. Click on the Parent / Children link
