SSR_GET_CLASSES Web Service does not Return Classes for Prior Terms (Doc ID 2592689.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2, Curriculum Management

When attempting to use the delivered SSR_GET_CLASSES EWS web service to load all classes also for past Terms into a 3rd party system. the web service only returns classes for current and future Terms.
If you use a past term, the system procudes the following error:  Tag STRM has an invalid value...

ERROR

PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector: GeneralFrameworkException
Message Set: 158, Message ID: 974, Message Parms: SSR_GET_CLASSES,W92SAFIX; Default Message: Integration Broker Sync Handler: OnRequest for message SSR_GET_CLASSES could not run to completion on node W92SAFIX. (158,974)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:  

  1. Activated Service Operation SSR_GET_CLASSES (Peopletools ->Integration Broker ->Integration Set up->Service Operations)
  2. When request a past term, the error occurs.



This can also be seen using the Generic Service Tester.  The lookup on the Term value only includes a limited number of terms.
