Symptoms
Account reconciliation approver cannot open attachments attached.
Owner can attach documents and open documents from Reconciliation workbench.
Attachment not found in server
Please contact your system administrator to check the File Attachment Server Details in CAVF Confugration Set up located under Enterprise Components.
Possible Reasons for Failure: 1) Server details are incorrect 2) Server details have been modified recently after files are uploaded to the server.
Steps to Replicate:
1) Create Account Reconciliation
2) Create workbench
3) Attach Documents
4) Submit for approval
5) Log in as approver
6) Open Attachment
