EAM 9.2: Error Messages Received When Attempting To Inactivate Asset Profiles (Doc ID 2593598.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to inactivate some asset profiles. The Errors below are received.


Steps:

1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Asset Management > Asset Profiles
2. Open MACHINERY profile id.
3. Change the Status to Inactive.

Error:

"This Profile ID MACHINERY is still being used in Define Purchase Items Attributes. (8850,180)” or

“This Profile ID MACHINERY is still being used in Define Items Categories. (8850,178)”
