DB2 SYSCAT.TRIGGERS has triggers defined in CS 9.0 but are missing in CS 9.2 after an upgrade.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using CS 9.0 DB2 environment, query syscat.triggers
2. Do the same with upgraded CS 9.2 env on DB2
3. Compare the results -- the above tables are missing in syscat.triggers in CS 9.2
