Requester Favorites Last Order Date Field Is Not Getting Updated When Adding Items From Favorites to eProcurement Requisition (Doc ID 2594419.1)

The "Last Order Date": field from record: "PS_PV_REQSTR_FAVS" is not getting updated when adding item from favorites to requisition lines.
From the name of that field it should get updated once adding any item from favorites to requisition line.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a query for : "PV_REQSTR_FAVS" to view the "Last Order Date"
2. Now create a new requisition and add any item from favorites to requisition line.
3. Run the same query again.
4. Notice that the "Last Order Date" is not getting updated.
