When attempting run any Query using old style outer join (+) and XLAT Value in any of the fields below error is seen:

ORA-25156 error message: Old style outer join (+) cannot be used with ANSI joins (50,380).

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager

2. Search By = <query_name>

3. Select Query using Old style outer join (+) and XLAT Value in any of the fields

4. Edit > Run
