Symptoms
By clicking on "Add Attachment" in Award Profile and then canceling, it will create a row with dummy FileName.
Steps
1. Open an award profile.
2. Click on Maintain Attachments.
3. Click on Add Attachment button.
4. Click on Cancel button.
5. A row with dummy FileName appears.
