PERSON_BASIC_SYNC from HCM to FIN Sends Blank Data When There is no Data in PS_JOB Table or For Employee Type 'POI'
Steps to replicate:
-------------------------
1. Perform required setup between HCM and FIN for person basic sync.
2. On HCM side, update an employee by adding few letters to the last name (workforce administration> personal info> update person). Make sure that this person doesn't have a row in PS_JOB table OR that the person is of employee type 'POI' (PER_ORG field in PS_PER_ORG_ASGN table)
3. Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Asynchronous Services and note that the IB goes to done status and XML generated on the HCM side has the data in the XML
4. On FIN side, IB goes to done status and the XML doesnt have the data.
