In Fluid Requisitions Quantity field value is not populating correctly on Shopping Cart page when Item is added from Item History. (Doc ID 2596016.1)

Symptoms

In fluid Requisitions quantity field value is not populating correctly on shopping cart page when Item is added from Item History.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to eProcurement Tile.
2. Click on create Requisition Tile
3. Click On  Item History Link
4. Add Quantity to any Item
5. Click on Add Button
6. Click on the Cart Icon on the header
7. In the Shopping cart check the Quantity filed.Quantity will always be shown as 1.
