EAP9.2: The Attachments Of The Direct Debit Mandate For Customers Disappear, When Exiting the Page, If Attaching a File Without Attachment In a Different Day Than the Date of Mandate (Doc ID 2596170.1)

Symptoms


When attaching a file to an existing Mandate, without any attachments, in a different day than the Date of the Mandate, the file is attached but when leaving the page and entering again, the attachment disappears.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add a new Mandate with an older Effective Date than today.
  2. Exit and find your new mandate in Correct History Mode
  3. Attach a new file
  4. Exit and find your new mandate again.
  5. The attachment doesn’t exist, but if you make a query to the PS_PMT_ATTACHMENT table, the file exists but the EFFDT is today and don`t correspond with the EFFDT of the Mandate, this is the cause because the page can display the attachment.
