Accepting Delegation Request Through Fluid Approvals Throws SQL Error on DB2 Databases (Doc ID 2596334.1)

Symptoms

Proxy is receiving a generic SQL error when trying to accept a delegation request through Fluid Approvals.

When tracing the issue, the following error can be seen in the trace file
