Symptoms
When a new row is added under the Tax Details section of Maintain Tax Data AUS page, STSL field reverts back to "HELP or TSL Debt" and "SFSS Debt" field is shown again.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Maintain Tax data Australia
2. Add a new row under the Tax Details section of Maintain Tax Data AUS page with same effective date
3. STSL field reverts back to "HELP or TSL Debt" and "SFSS Debt" field
