ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No Retro Trigger when delete the absence transaction via Create and Maintain Absence Page
The retro did not trigger when try to delete the absence transaction but is working for submit/save for later.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Retro trigger should be generated when an absence is deleted from Create and Maintain Absences page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply leave in august, process and finalize August Absence calendar
2. Admin deletes the leave reqeust
3. No retro trigger got generated to revert the transaction
