EAM: Display Of Eligible Absences In Create And Maintain Absence Requests

Information in this document applies to any platform.
It appears user is unable to add a prior period absence when Employee transferred from hourly to monthly which means their absence eligibility group has changed as of the effective date using Create and Maintain Absence Requests page.The issue does not occur using Absence Event page.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Navigation: Set Up HCM>Product Related>Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt>Integration>Absence Pay Group Mapping
2.Enter Payroll for North America
3.Add a row with set effective date = 01/01/2016
4.Add row for AM paygroup = K0L15MTH
5. Select an hourly absence employee and make following Job Data changes:
a. Insertt new row effective date = 8/5/19
b. Change Position Number change to 19360017
c. Change to NA paygroup = KTL; empl_type = S, tax location = KUWY00. AM paygroup = K0L15MTH
6. Now go to Create and Maintain select date prior Job effective date change and atempt to enter prior period absence (Vacation) for the employee using start and end date 07/25/19. Note System does allow user to enter prior period absence.
7. Now go to Absence Event page for same employee using same dates. Note: user is allowed to enter prior period absence on this page. .
