Symptoms




When using the Decimal separator to ',' and the Thousand separator to '.' on Region and language section on PC and on Excel and PIA , import a journal through journal import with 3 decimals after "," , the amounts are arriving in PIA multiplied by 100.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps

1.Change in PC, on Excel and in PIA , the Region and language section set up the  Decimal separator to ',' and the Thousand separator to '.'
2.Go to Journal Spreadsheet and import a journal with a following amount :xx.xxx,yyy
3.On PIA, it will arrive xx.xxx.yyy,000 ( multiplied by 100 )
4. The issue is happening for both updating an existing journal from PIA and a newly imported journal.
