EBI9.2: "Select All" and "Deselect All" Hyperlinks Are Not Found On Delete Temporary Bills Page (Doc ID 2597144.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the Delete Temporary Bills menu option, there is no link to 'Select All' or 'Deselect All'. These links are available for both Delete Extract Bills and Delete Canceled Bills.

The issue can be reproduced by going to navigation Billing > Generate Invoice > Utilities > Delete Temporary Bills and Search using the option "Select All".
