Symptoms
When viewing My Team Leave Balances on small form factor (phone), it is not allowing users to scroll down through all of their team members.
If viewing summary/compensation this works correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Small Format (Phone)
2. View My Team
3. View Leave Balances
4. Cannot scroll to see of all team members
