ETL 9.2: Web Clock Not Defaulting Timezone From Time Reporter Data (Doc ID 2598131.1)

Symptoms

An Employee changes Time zones and the Maintain Time Reporter Data is updated with a new effective dated row to change the time zone.  Next time Employee punches in, it is in the old time zone instead of new.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu -> Time And Labor -> Maintain Time Reporter Data
  2. Insert new effective dated row to change Employee Timezone
  3. Login As Employee
  4. Navigate to Employee Self Service -> Time -> Report Time Tile
  5. Report Punch Time and see it is still showing old Timezone.
