E-COB: Getting Microfocus Cobol License Manager Error 'Unable to contact license manager' Sporadically After a Month of Running Without Any Issues (Doc ID 2598525.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Server Express COBOL 5.1, RHEL 7.x

After one month of working fine, Cobol License manager issue resurfaced - compilers on all 4 servers unable to contact License Manager.

Error message is:
Micro Focus LMF - 010: Unable to contact license manager.


Cobol compilation works fine for few days after reboot of License Manager process, but compilation still fails with said error after few days.  It is running under root user.  Issue is resolved after re-starting License Manager process. Is there a permanent solution to this issue?
