Symptoms


After rebooting PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, the Subscribe Channels are not receiving updates from ECL_REPODM and PUM updates are not downloading.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reboot the Cloud Manager server.
2. Try to download PUM updates while subscribed to the IH_91_LINUX channel.
