E-NV: nVision Client - Personal Report Settings Page - Report Preferences are not populated on the page with Business Units (BU's) (Doc ID 2598663.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading, on the client when going to Personal PS/nVision HomePage > Personalize nVision > Personal Report Settings >

The Business Unit are not being populated. However, if you use Open Report, Open Scope and Open Layout then they all work fine in showing the Business Unit’s

Issue has been reported on certain newer OS's where the 64-bit ODBC driver does not work

Windows Server 2012+

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch nVision Client

2. Go to Personal PS/nVision HomePage > Personalize nVision > Personal Report Settings >

The issue was introduced when the 64-bit ODBC driver was implemented starting with every release since 8.54
