ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HCM PUM Image has been deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using the Cloud Marketplace Image (as per https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/cloud/compute-iaas/deploy_psft_app_marketplace_oci/deploy-psft-marketplace-oracle-cloud-infrastructure.html#section8).

After provisioning the environment,the /home/opc/bootstrap/oci_status.log file is missing and therefore the PUM URL is not available to access the provisioned Image.
