E-QRY: Scheduled Query Download To Excel: Unexpected Exception In CApiObjectAdapterObjRef::DoMethod (Doc ID 2599783.1)

Symptoms

The issue is that Schedule Query output to Excel is failing with an error: 

"Unexpected exception in CApiObjectAdapterObjRef::DoMethod for Query.RunToFile (-1,-1)".

This error can also be generated via Query Manager and Download to Excel.
