Chart Fields Are Not Getting Updated When Using Mass Change on the Create Requisition Tile

Symptoms
Chartfields are not getting updated when any changes done through mass change page in the create requisition fluid page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Create requisition tile
2. Add Catalog items
3. Click Cart
4. Click check out
5. Select all items and click Mass change
6. Enter Buyer
7. Update account and cost center (Dept) at distribution level
8. Click Done
Issue : Mass Change details are not updated to the distribution lines.
