Contract ID does not Default to the Requisition Line Item for the New SetID (Doc ID 2601259.1)

Symptoms

Contract ID will not be the default for a Requisition Line item for the new setID that was created to Purchasing Business Unit. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Business Unit CHL08
Select Default Contract On Req
Save
2. Navigate : PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > TableSet Control > CHL08
Change FS_24 SetID as CHL08
3. Create new Tree (CHL06_TREE) for category CYCLING and CLIMBING
4. Navigate : eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Assign Catalogs to Business Unit
Assign new tree (CHL06_TREE) to Business Unit CHL08
5. Navigate eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Catalogs > eProcurement Catalog Security Option
select Enabled check box
6. Navigate eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Catalogs > Catalog Security Types
select Active for BUSINESS_UNIT
Click catalog security add CHL06_TREE to BU CHL08
7. Assign the tree (CHL06_TREE) to the Requester
8. Navigate : eProcurement > Item Search Index Update (Visible if it is hidden)
Run Load Tree since we are using existing categories
9. Run the query and Note down the contract IDs SELECT * FROM PS_CNTRCT_BPO_XREF ;
10. Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Purchasing > Set Controls-Contracts
Create Set Controls for CHL08, Enable Use Autonumbering and Enter Currency Code and Rate Type
11. Create contract (Set ID : CHL08) of one of the contract number from the query results (Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contracts)
Add item 10000 (Supplier : SCM0000001 : CYCLING)
12. Create eProcurement Requisition for BU CHL08
Add item 10000 (Supplier : SCM0000001 : CYCLING)
Click line details
Issue : Contract ID does not automatically populate, but the Contract ID view shows the contract in the Prompt.
