Last updated on JULY 21, 2021

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Australia - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On 9.2 Version, GP AUS- STP solution

After applying the PRP#4, there is an issue with the way that the delivered solution resolves LUMP E & LUMP E GROSS earnings within the calendar results.

If there are 2 or more payments for periods greater than 12 months old on multiple records for a single employee in the same calendar, & those payments
are less than $1200, they will be reported as gross even if the total of those payments are greater than $1200. However, as the ATO treats multiple
jobs under a single entity as being under one single employee, multiple payments > 12 months old on more than one job in a single calendar should be
considered one payment.

1) Consider the employee having multiple record with same balance group.
2) If there are 2 payments of RETRO12MNTH in  calendar as follows:

a) RETRO12MNTH: $300, LUMP E TOTAL: $300 (YTD)
b) RETRO12MNTH: $700, LUMP E TOTAL: $1000 (YTD)
c) RETRO12MNTH: $400, LUMP E TOTAL: $1400 (YTD)

3) Run the STP Process, check for the results.
