EPY: Imputed Income Adjustments Does Not Create Any Amounts

Symptoms
When running the imputed income adjustment process, there is no output being generated for the employees that are terminated.
The imputed income adjustment process should be generating output.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an independent off-cycle calendar for 2018 to do the imputed income adjustment calculation
2. Run the PSPIMRUN process against that off-cycle calendar for the GTL
3. Check the Imputed Income Adjustment report to verify if the termed employees are on the report.
