Cloned Activity Guide Composer Templates Cannot Be Edited (Doc ID 2601815.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update a custom Activity Guide template, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
  SecurityException: You do not have access to Activity Guide Instance 'AG00001LLL'. (263,90)
  (Message Not Found)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Activity Guide Composer > Templates.
2. Attempt to Update Template for a custom template created by another User ID.
