Problems Adding Items to a Requisition Copied by My Requisitions Tile (Doc ID 2602264.1)

Using copy requisition on My Requisition tiles giving error on the new items. New catalog Items added twice with incorrect quantity and special request item is not added to the requisition

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click My Requisitions Tile
2. Select one Requisition and click Copy option
3. Browse catalog
4. Add the item from Item Details page
Issue 1: The same item added twice with different quantities
5. Click Continue Shopping
6. Add Special Request
Issue 2: Total items on the cart is increased with wrong number
Issue 3 : Cart is not having special request item
