Goal
When an employee starts a Life Event, he/she sees the full Activity Guide with the navigation for that Activity Guide. If the Life Event is started as a manual event, the employee can go to the Benefits Enrollment option to make election changes but does not see the Activity Guide navigation. Is this in accordance with system design?
