Symptoms

Approved Requisition line status is not updated to Open when Editing and Saving the Requisition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit an approved requisition on My Requisitions page
2. Change the quantity of an item
3. Click Check out
4. Click Save
5. Click View Print
