My Worklist "Check All / Clear All" checkbox is not working when View By Type is not  "All".

REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1. Login as HelpDesk User
2. Go to My Worklist
3. Choose View by Type = HelpDesk for HR Case
4. Toggle to Check All / Clear All checkbox  does not work
5. Change View by Type = All
6. Toggle to Check All / Clear All checkbox -- it works
