When attempting to run a process which generates a large report fails with the following error in the message log:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Peopletools > Process Scheduler > System Process Request.

2. Add a new runcontrol ID.

3. Select the process name.

4. Click on Run.

5. Click on details link of the process.

6. The error occurs under Message log page.
