Symptoms

Multiple runs of Close process via GL_YC plus cancel of one of the runs, and not running Undo Close between runs, created duplicate entries of roll forward Balance Sheet account balances to Period 0 of next fiscal year. When ran Undo Close it only removed the closing journals from the last run and not those from the first two runs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) GL_YC - ran to success, created closing journals
2) GL_YC - cancelled before completed, still created closing journals
3) GL_YC - ran to success, saw closing journals however roll forward of Balance Sheet accounts to beginning balances for Period 0 of next fiscal year are double
