Symptoms
When running the Database Setup in DataMover to create an environment on SQL Server, the following failure occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install PeopleTools to include the PS_HOME, PS_APP_HOME
2. Log into DataMover in bootstrap mode.
3. Click on File > Database Setup to create the PeopleSoft database
