When Applying For Job, Clicking Next On the Qualifications Page Results In Error "Highlighted fields are required..."

Symptoms
On the Qualifications page, after completing all the answers, and clicking NEXT, a popup is received "Highlighted fields are required...".
The page is re-populated with the original questions as well as additional ones which are not related to the Job Opening.
During the trace it was seen that the page is not able to detect completion and is reloading the page with every criteria found.
The problem User Profile has the 'Internal Applicant Fluid' Role.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Internal Candidate Gateway as any User Profile
2. Click View All Jobs, select any Job Opening, click Apply for Job
3. In the Activity Guide, Qualifications, answer all the questions, then click Next
4. A popup is received "Highlighted fields are required..." and the page is re-populated with the original questions as well as additional ones which are not related to the Job Opening.
